Though we are going to explore many reasons in our upcoming articles, below are two initial thoughts to consider.
1. Floor Plans are NOT One Size Fits All!
A quick search on the web can lead you to thousands of floor plans. However, they are NOT created equal and do NOT work for every family. You can spend hours looking through photos and floor plans and still not feel like you have found “the right one.”
2. Experience is VALUABLE!
Experience comes by doing, seeing, and being a part of things.Over the years, home designers see how things work, if things work, and develop a large list of considerations they keep in the back of their heads as they design spaces. Then, they make informed design decisions based on THEIR experience and YOUR wants / needs.
