"Jason Thompson Design was selected by us upon recommendation from our builder, Tom Caruso, of MasterPiece Builders in Branson. Jason proved to be the right choice.
His artistic abilities, combined with his years of experience, has granted Jason the level of expertise to design the house of your dreams.
We own a very challenging lot with expansive views of the lake. Jason made the very best use of our lot to showcase those lake views. His designs also exceeded our expectations in floor-plan flow and utility. Through the back and forth communication with Jason the final design of our Master Suite has emerged, in my humble opinion, to be a Master Piece unto itself. It’s the best one I have ever seen and I’ve studied a tremendous amount of floor plans.
Jason also employs a secret weapon - his assistant Noah - who by nature of his mastery of CAD created a 3D rendering and movie experience of what our home will actually look like. Not only is it fun to see what your house will look like when constructed it is an invaluable tool to get it right the first time. It’s so much easier to change a wall here rather than 3 months into the build.
We were able to meet with Jason, Noah and our builder Tom and manipulate the renderings in real time on two wall mounted 65” monitors - prior to social distancing of course. Since then we’ve been able to accomplish the same via web sharing platforms.
As if all this weren’t enough, we’d have to say that Jason and his team are wonderful people, a distinct pleasure to work with and are the sort of people you and I would like to call neighbor."

"The person who recommended Jason to us is my new best friend. Jason recently designed the plans for our new house, a 4200 sq ft lake home. The final product and the process to get there could not have satisfied us more. Jason has many strong qualities, but I think the one that stands out most is his ability to "listen." Not only did he listen fully to our actual stated desires concerning the home's features, but he even seemed to "hear" things that we didn't fully explain. He then took those stated desires and unstated thoughts and converted them into a design that was exactly what we had envisioned in our mind's eye. He also was very good at meeting our desired timelines, staying within cost parameters and completing timely revisions.
