Big House on the Prairie

Located in the Ozark Hills of Ozark, MO this Modern Prairie style home overlooks gorgeous rolling hills and open fields of adjacent estates. Placed on several acres, this home blends modern elements with old, reclaimed beams giving it a rustic edge.

The tower seen from the front and the back is used as a music room above. The tower not only provides excellent views, but also filters light down below from clearstory windows above. The tin ceiling in the dining room, the bi-fold nano doors, and the curved wall in the back also provide some very unique design interest. Overall, we love how the lines of this custom beauty make for a cohesive, balanced design. We took this design into our 3D color software and made some HGTV style color renderings as well. We had a lot of fun designing this house.
